Hmm deze wrap was echt de perfecte lunch! De zachte geitenkaas samen met het zoute van het spek en het zoete van de appel, yummy! Ga jij het proberen?
Wat heb je nodig voor 2 personen?
-4 wraps
-250 gram geitenkaas
-4 stukjes dik spek
-rucola
-1 appel
-125 gram zure room
-1 eetlepel mosterd
-2 eetlepels honing
-peper en zout
Hoe maak je het?
Bak de spek krokant in een pan zonder vetstof. Haal uit de pan en laat uitlekken op keukenpapier.
Verwijder het klokhuis uit de appel. Snijd de appel in plakjes.
Meng de zure room samen met de mosterd, honing, peper en zout onder elkaar.
Warm de wraps, indien gewenst, kort op in de microgolfoven.
Besmeer met de zure room.
Beleg met de spek en een beetje rucola.
Leg er dan de geitenkaas op en werk af met de appel. Rol op en serveer direct. Smakelijk!
