Wat heb je nodig voor 4 personen?
-4 tomaten
-2 bollen burrata
-balsamico crème
-peper en zout
-paar blaadjes basilicum
Hoe maak je het?
Snijd de tomaten in dunne schijven. Leg ze op een bord maar laat plaats voor de bol burrata. Kruid het geheel af met peper en zout. Doe er dan was balsamico crème over en werk af met de blaadjes basilicum.
