Deze heerlijke speculaas truffels zijn ideaal om te maken voor de Sint volgende week. Of heb je de komende weken te veel speculaas in huis dan kan je het ook ik met dit receptje op werken. Ga jij het proberen?
Wat heb je nodig?
-200 gram speculaas(+ beetje extra voor over chocolade te strooien)
-100 gram roomkaas
-200 gram pure chocolade
Hoe maak je het?
Doe de speculaas in een kleine foodprocessor en maal tot kruimels. Meng vervolgens met je handen met de roomkaas tot je een stevige bal hebt. Rol er daarna kleine balletjes van. Je kan er ongeveer 18 maken. Zet de balletjes even in de koelkast.
Smelt vervolgens de chocolade au bain marie en dip er de balletjes in. Leg op een stuk bakpapier op een snijplank. Bestrooi na het dippen direct met de speculaaskruimels. Zet nog even in de koelkast om uit te harden. Enjoy!
