Oh my god, dat ik nog nooit eerder een recept deelde voor loaded fries snap ik zelf niet! Als het ergens op de kaart staat neem ik dit standaard als bijgerecht. In deze versie maakte ik de frietjes met spek. Super lekker, echt comfort food! Ga jij ze maken?
Wat heb je nodig voor 2 personen?
-300 gram dunne frieten
-125 gram spekblokjes
-1 tomaat
-2 lente-uitjes
-2 eetlepels zure room
-limoensap
-peper, zout
-3 eetlepels nacho cheese saus
-jalapenõs
Hoe maak je het?
Bereid de frietjes zoals aangegeven op de verpakking en laat uitlekken op wat keukenpapier. Bak in de tussentijd ook de spekblokjes krokant. Laat deze ook uitlekken op keukenpapier.
Verwijder de zaadjes van de tomaat en snijd in kleine blokjes. Snijd de lente-ui in ringetjes. Meng de zure room met peper, zout en een klein beetje limoensap. Warm de nacho cheese saus op.
Leg de frietjes op een mooi bord, drizzel er dan de zure room en nachosaus over. Bestrooi met spek, tomaat en lente-ui. Werk af met jalapenõs. Serveer direct. Enjoy!
