Wat heb je nodig?
-200 gram Griekse pasta
-100 gram feta
-halve rode ui
-1 gele paprika
-100 gram kerstomaten
-150 gram kipstukjes
-100 gram groene olijven
-75 gram rucola
-peper, zout, bouillonblokje
-serveer met tzatziki
Hoe maak je het?
Begin met de Griekse pasta te koken in een pot met water. Voeg daar ook een bouillonblokje aan toe. Giet af wanneer dit gaat is en laat afkoelen.
Snipper ondertussen de rode ui heel fijn. Snijd de kerstomaten in vier, de paprika in kleine blokjes en de olijven in ringetjes. Snijd de kipstukjes ook nog wat kleiner en verkruimel de feta. Doe alle ingrediënten in een grote kom. Voeg dan de rucola nog toe. Kruid eventueel bij met peper en zout. Serveer met tzatziki.
