Deze gevulde dadels met speculaas en witte chocolade zijn een heerlijke combinatie van zoet, kruidig en romig. Perfect als snack of feestelijke traktatie! Ga jij ze proberen?
Wat heb je nodig?
-10 medjool dadels
-2 eetlepels speculoospasta
-30 gram witte chocolade
-3 speculaaskoekjes
Hoe maak je het?
Snijd de dadels halfopen en verwijder de pit.
Verkruimel de speculaas. Smelt de witte chocolade en verwarm de speculaaspasta.
Doe een beetje van de speculaas kruimels in de dadel. Doe er dan wat gesmolten chocolade in. Drizzle er dan wat speculaaspasta over en werk af met nog wat kruimels speculaas. Zet in de koelkast om wat hard te laten worden.
