Wat heb je nodig per persoon?
-1 donker broodje
-beetje boter
-1 bol burrata
-peper en zout
-halve appel
-paar pecannootjes
-theelepel honing
Hoe maak je het?
Snijd het broodje in twee. Besmeer de binnenkant met wat bakboter. Bak goudbruin en krokant in de pan. Verdeel er dan de burrata over. Kruid met peper en zout. Verwijder het klokhuis uit de appel en snijd in plakjes. Beleg het elke helft met 1/4de appel. Verkruimel er wat nootjes over en werk af met honing.
