Deze heerlijke salsa van avocado, kerstomaat en feta is het perfecte bijgerecht. Maar ook als dip of broodbeleg is het echt een aanradertje! Ga jij hem proberen?
Wat heb je nodig?
-2 avocado's
-25 kerstomaatjes
-kleine rode ui
-2 teentjes knoflook
-120 gram feta kaas
-1 eetlepel olijfolie
-1 eetlepel appelazijn
-2 eetlepels fijngesneden peterselie
-peper en zout
-serveer met crackers of nacho's
Hoe maak je het?
Pel en ontpit de avocado's, snijd in blokjes. Snijd de kerstomaten in vier en snipper de rode ui heel fijn. Doe alle gesneden groenten in een kom. Pers de knoflook er over uit. Verkruimel er de feta over. Voeg dan de olijfolie, appelazijn en peterselie toe. Kruid af met peper en zout. Meng kort en serveer met nacho's, crackers of stukjes stokbrood. Heerlijk als dip maar ook heerlijk op de boterham.
