Pastasalade met kip, spek en honing mosterd saus

Met dat warme weer van de laatste weken had ik vaak zin in iets fris. En natuurlijk combineer ik dat met een fris glaasje BRU. De fijne bubbels en subtiele smaak pasten perfect bij mijn pastasalade– zo’n lichte maaltijd en BRU, da’s echt een topduo. Ideaal om van te genieten, tijdens het koken én aan tafel.
Wat heb je nodig voor 2-3 personen?
-250 gram farfale
-150 gram kipstukjes
-125 gram spekblokjes
-1 paprika
-15tal kerstomaatjes
-1 avocado
-2 theelepels honing
-2 theelepels mosterd
-2 eetlepels natuur yoghurt
-2 eetlepels mayonaise
-75 gram rucola
-peper, zout
Hoe maak je het?
Kook de farfale in gezouten water. Giet af en laat afkoelen.
Snijd de paprika en avocado in blokjes en de kerstomaten in vier.
Bak ondertussen het spek. Laat daarna even uitlekken op keukenpapier.
Versnijd de kant en klare kipstukjes.
Meng vervolgens de yoghurt, mayonaise, mosterd en honing onder elkaar en kruid af met peper en zout.
Meng vervolgens de pasta met de gesneden groenten, kip, spek en de saus onder elkaar. Voeg net voor serveren de rucola toe zodat deze niet slap wordt. Eet smakelijk!
