Ravioli met pestoroomsaus en rucola

Deze ravioli staat binnen het kwartier op tafel. Het recept is super eenvoudig en je krijgt een mega lekker resultaat! Deze moet je proberen!
Wat heb je nodig?
-500 gram ravioli (ik koos ravioli gevuld met burrata uit het deluxe gamma van Lidl)
-1 sjalot
-1 paprika
-500 gram gehakt
-1 potjes pesto rosso
-1 busje kookroom
-rucola
Hoe maak je het?
Snipper de sjalot fijn en snijd de paprika in blokjes.
Kook de ravioli gaar in een pot met gezouten water en giet af.
Maak ondertussen de saus. Stoof de sjalot met de paprika in wat olie. Voeg na vijf min het gehakt toe en bak tot het goudbruin en gaar is. Voeg dan de pesto en room toe. Kruid af naar smaak. Meng de saus onder de ravioli en werk elk bordje af met wat rucola. Smakelijk!
