Hoe maak je het?
Kook de pasta beetgaar in gezouten water en giet af.
Bak de spekblokjes krokant en laat uitlekken op keukenpapier.
Snijd de avocado in blokjes. Snipper de rode ui fijn. Giet de maïs af. Verkruimel de feta.
Meng de zure room met het sap van de limoen, peper, zout en de cayenne poeder.
