Nog een laatste receptje ter inspiratie voor Pasen morgen. Deze bladerdeegnestje met speculaas zijn echt super lekker. Dat moet je proberen!
Wat heb je nodig voor 7 stuks?
-1 rol vers bladerdeeg
-5 el speculaaspasta
-90 gr roomkaas
-10tal gekleurde dragee paaseitjes
-poedersuiker ter garnering
Hoe maak je het?
Verwarm de over voor op 200°C. Rol het bladerdeeg uit. Besmeer ½ van het bladerdeeg met 4 eetlepels speculoospasta. Vouw het bladerdeeg dubbel, zodat de besmeerde kant ook bedekt is met bladerdeeg.
Snijd het bladerdeeg in de lengte in repen van circa 2 cm breed. Pak een reep van het deeg en 'twist' een paar keer, zodat er een soort twister ontstaat. Rol hier een rolletje van, zo ontstaat er een nestje. Herhaal dit voor de andere deegrepen.
Leg de bladerdeegnestjes op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. Bak 20-25 min. in de oven goudbruin en gaar. Laat de bladerdeegnestjes afkoelen.
Roer ondertussen de roomkaas los en meng dit met 1 eetlepel speculaaspasta. Leg een toefje roomkaas op de afgekoelde nestjes. Verdeel hier vervolgens de paaseitjes over. Bestuif de bladerdeegnestjes met poedersuiker ter garnering.
